Taiwan Best Prepaid Sim Card Review

Here’s the review for the best Taiwan prepaid SIM card. In terms of coverage, Chunghwa Telecom and Far EasTone Telecom offer the best coverage and speed in Taiwan. The main difference between the three telecom services is whether you want to have call credits.

Personally, I would recommend the Far EasTone Telecom SIM card provided by Klook. It is the cheapest option and I use Far EasTone for my personal cellphone here in Taiwan. I’ve never had any issues with the company and am surprised just how great the coverage is, especially when I’m off climbing in the mountains.

If you think you will need to make calls while you’re in Taiwan, then I would recommend the Chunghwa Telecom SIM Card offered by Klook. There are some possible cost-savings by using KKDay, but these are dependent on how long you plan to stay in Taiwan and whether you need to be able to call someone.
